Nikau

Last week we were on camp and we went to Woods Creek track.  It was wet but I did not mind.  It was amazing!  I liked it because it was raining so there were a lot of insects.  Room 4 walked a bit more and me and my friends speed walked because I wanted to get to the cave.  I was going so fast I walked straight past the cave! 

Suddenly I realised I went past so I walked back.  We all went in.  Suddenly Cooper went “Raaaa!”  

Me and Liam went “Ahhhh!” and ran out.  He was joking.  We walked further.  My battery had almost died.  It was getting dark then I saw two passages.  I went straight ahead so I could catch up to them.  Then they stopped, so I stopped.  They were staring in a room.  We waled in.  There were two passages.  We could not leave yet because it was lunch time. I had a sandwich it was good.  Then me and cooper cared the girls saying there was an Indian who lived down the tunnel on the left. 

Then Room 4 went down the tunnel on the right.  Me and my Dad were last.  I saw a spider as big as my palm, it was black with orange spots.  We walked the rest of the track and then we gave out the prizes for the quiz.  I won a kitkat and then I went home with Dad.  It was exhausting.
